As a result, we’ve created this Customer Care Survey to allow you to let us know what we did right and, just as importantly, to give you the opportunity to tell us if you have any concerns or questions about the service you received. Any and all recommendations you make are welcome.
When you complete survey, you will receive a $5.00 credit towards your next service call as a token of our appreciation for your feedback. You will also be automatically entered into our monthly Customer Appreciation Draw for a $50.00 restaurant gift certificate.
